    The goal of CCOA is to assist our clients to remain in their homes by preventing or prolonging the need for institutionalization. We are direct providers of an array of services to assist individuals and their families achieve that goal. The CCOA staff is experienced and knowledgeable and stands ready to assist those in need with information, education and options available through this agency and all other community resources.
